Goods returned in line with terms and conditions are eligible for exchange or credit at the discretion of Fitzmedical Supplies
All promotional offers must be returned in their entirety.
Goods returned after 14 days are liable to incur the following handling charges:
Cancelling Orders/Returned Goods
We will be unable to accept the return of custom imprinted items or non-catalogue items Returned goods must be accompanied by a returns note showing the customer’s name, address and account details, invoice number upon which the goods were supplied, quantity, description, strength, pack size and price of goods and full details of the reason for return. Goods will not be accepted for credit or exchange if the original invoice cannot be traced.
Goods returned must be in a condition suitable for re-sale, unused and inclusive of all original packaging, instructions, guarantee card and accessories.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to the Customer. Should items are received by the Customer in an unusable condition, the Customer must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery. Thereafter, unless otherwise instructed, items must be returned in accordance with these conditions.
The only goods that will accepted for refund must be a current stock line and not a discontinued line or a special order item.
Goods returned must be packaged separately and collection requested. Upon authorisation and at such time as specified by the relevant manufacturer, a credit will be provided at a sum equal to that which the Customer paid for the Goods.
Goods which are damaged or lost in transit will not be credited by the Company as it is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that Goods are adequately packaged and labelled.
These Terms and Conditions and the rights and obligations of the parties to the contract shall be governed, interpreted and construed solely in accordance with the consumer protection law.
