I can’t find the product I’m looking for, what do I do?
Easy! Call our team on 01-9030125 who are waiting to talk to you! Alternatively, if you can’t find the product you are looking for on our website simply email us at sales@fitzmedicalsupplies.ie. If we don’t stock the product we can certainly point you in the right direction. We are happy to help so please don’t hesitate in getting in touch!
How can I avoid paying delivery charges?
Delivery is free on orders over €100. A standard fee of €10 applies on orders below this value. All orders place before 3pm are shipped for next day delivery. If you need an item urgently please let us know!
What happens if the product is unsuitable?
Simple! Just let us know, we can collect the product and raise a credit note upon receipt back to our warehouse. Goods have to be returned in their original packaging and within 5 days of you receiving them.
We’re thinking of going down the disposable instrument route, what’s involved?
You definitely need to talk to us! We have a great network of suppliers and have fantastic packs available to meet most surgery needs. All items are also available individually so you don’t have to buy in bulk or open packs just for one forceps! A small selection of instruments are required for general practice needs and we can help. Disposable instruments also offer peace of mind by eliminating any safety concerns and possible cross-contamination during patient surgery. Prepping instruments for autoclaving takes up a lot of your nurse’s time plus running the required vacuum autoclave is expensive. Call our team today, we will answer any question you have on disposable instruments, it’s good to talk!
How can I set up an account?
All accounts are opened over the phone, simply call our team on 01-9030125. An invoice is enclosed with the order and we ask for payment within 14 days of receipt of order. This credit term can be extended in special circumstances. The preferred method of payment is bank transfer, cheque or credit card.
